seventeen days 04.05.

man, it sucks that Limewire has fucked over Andy’s computer. Now (more than ever) I need something to download music. I have about 2 weeks to complete the wedding mix. Hopefully tstctc (well, more like Franklin, Kevin and William) will be able to play some live songs, but I don’t want to completely bank on that. So yeah – wedding mix. I have 133 (and counting) songs that I want to use, but a ton of them are rare b-sides or what have you…so I need to be able to download them. blahblah.

Soooooooo FRIDAY is cinco de mayo…oh sure. La who? La Alemeda. and then a show. It’ll be some night. And Whistle Stop is this weekend. As well as another show Saturday night. yay for things to do!

We showed the photographer the garden this past weekend. He had no idea something so beautiful existed in Huntsville, nevertheless in someone’s backyard. It’s a 30 foot sunken treasure off of their house. I’m so excited because the more we talk about photography, the more I know we see eye to eye. Since I can’t do it myself, I at least want someone who thinks about it like I do. And we’ll be getting the images raw so we can do all of our own printing, etc. So that’s a huge plus and $$ saver.

The list has reached 101 guests, and I think 15+ RSVPs that have yet to be returned. eeee. I don’t know how we thought we could keep it at 75. I have yet to hear anything from Mr. Craft…who knows if he’s alive or what. I keep trying to make myself go up to blow job high to see what he’s up to, but I loathe the drive to Madison…and that prison of a school. Speaking of school – last time I saw my parents, they brought the slides that my dad and I made of my photo work for SCAD. It’s weird thinking what it would have been like if I took the SCAD Scholar Award and went there. The people I’ve talked to that have gone there either hated it and left, or have graduated only to realize it all seemed like a waste of time. Not to mention the possibility of have never meeting Andy. His return from St. Louis was in perfect timing with my switch to Huntsville. hehe…and now look…17 days!!!

ok, well I suppose I’ve gone on long enough – yeah.

Andy’s comp “No Time For Sleep” came up when I searched TSTCTC (even though the cover art wasn’t available)

…but yeah, I had to make myself stop

it’s raining presents 20.04.

I had my bridal shower the other night. Granted, I didn’t know the 4 women that threw it or any of their 30 friends that came. But hey – no complaints, cause there were tons of presents. And I had a handful of people that I did know, so all was well. We’ve started a “return” pile. I’m not really an expensive glass vase collector kinda girl. And Sadie would knock it over in a heartbeat, so I don’t know how much I’d want to even display them. Ah well.

My dress came in yesterday! It’s early. It wants me. hah. I’m happy though cause it wasn’t supposed to come until May 1st, and that was cutting it pretty close.

We had a yard sale last weekend at Andy’s parents’ house cause their neighborhood was having a huge sale. We made about $400. And we totally bought bikes. We’ve been searching thrift stores and the like since last summer, but nothing has seemed worth it. Well, we just went ahead and got *new* bikes. It’s so much fun. It was weird the first time back on one. I think my seat is a bit too high, but I fell an inch between the “teen” height and the “adult” height. I figure it’ll be more likely that I grow an inch…as opposed to shrinking one. I can’t wait for the pools to open…c’mon summer.

I feel like a margarita…err, that I want one.
