Moon Bounce and Spring Growth 29.03.

We had a cast party/BBQ last week to celebrate the fun times with Spaghettification. Jon keeps a moon bounce in his car, so we definitely put it to good use! Last week we also filmed the last scene of the play several times since there’s a lot going on…reactions, etc. If you didn’t see the show, then I should explain that my character knocks out the evil Omega character after she threatens to kill us all with a knife. So we are on our last take and I pull back for the punch, and I have no idea what happens, but I accidentally clocked Summer (Omega) right in the jaw. I saw her eyes roll back and her legs give out. I catch her and fall down with her, stunned. I’ve NEVER punched anyone in my life!! Plus, Summer and I had gone through that “punch” over 10 times with no problems, so I couldn’t believe I made contact. She quickly comes to and says she’s loopy. By this time, everyone has gathered with mix facial expressions of shock and giggles. I felt so bad I started to get teary eyed…cause it’s Summer! She’s precious! And I just knocked her out?! 10 minutes later she was fine, and joking about it. I hope she sticks with Crash Boom Bang Theatre and I hope her parents don’t want to kick my ass haha. Apparently, it was a pretty good shot (on the camera) and hopefully it makes it in the movie lol.

That’s a photo series of Jon jumping off the “robot provider”…probably not the smartest thing to do, but he’s alive! So yay!

With all of these rains, our plants our doubling in size. It’s crazy how much growth happens after March 20th (first day of Spring). I guess since our pineapple is golden, it’s ripe! Tiny Pineapple! Our asparagus wins “fastest grower” award cause good grief! Last year, I was afraid I lost my Bleeding Hearts plant, but the other day I went outside and saw the little heart pods coming back! How exciting! I’ve been reading more about them, and I’m hoping to get them in the ground this year so maybe it’ll take off and grow much larger.
