Insulation is done. Drywall was started today. yay! We were told they’d be done by next weekend. Hopefully we’ll be able to start ripping up the carpet and getting rid of the musty dog smells that becomes so pungent when it rains. That last picture in the quad is of the window pulls that run along all of the windows. Luckily the quote to get new windows was astonishing, so we will live with their character until there is an absolute need for new windows.

Luckily Andy’s car can fit just the right amount of wood we needed to finish off a header between the living and dining room. Those are our tomato plants which we planted ‘upside-down.’ One seems to have plenty of leaves, while the other has a few actual tomatoes. On the way home from what turned into a rather long errand run, we were stopped by a train.
