Today I caught Maple with that butterfly. She kept dropping him, so I shooed her away and put it to safety in a tree. He eventually flew away, but I noticed his wing was a bit crooked.

Maple always sits with whoever washes dishes, or brushes their teeth, or washes their hands…anything to do with water out of that faucet. She’s always been infatuated with water coming out of a faucet, but she finally learned how to drink from it (and not just bite it) after watching Sadie successfully drink. Talk about a copy cat…Sadie has a little shadow named Maple.

And we recently hung those shelves that are pictured above. It’s leftover wood from the crates that we found made up the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. We have enough to add a shelf or two in the bathroom, and maybe one in the dining room somewhere.
