TOH 29.02.

I spent the day yesterday cleaning up and taking shots from the angles I had taken the ‘before’ photos. Andy helped me layout a nice pdf document with all the ‘after’ photos next to their correlating ‘before’ angle. I also included a zip file with all of the photos labeled accordingly…that way they could use them as they please.

Now to keep myself calm and hope for a positive response.

Bedroom

Living Room

*Fear not! We still have the green mantle pictured in the ‘before’ photo. It’s currently being stripped back to the original wood…which has ornate carvings that the paint covered. Hopefully we’ll get it back mid-March.

Dining Room

Kitchen

Bathroom

*I only took one ‘before’ angle in the bathroom, which is the last photo in the set.

Exterior/Porch

*since we are in the Historic District, all exterior changes have to be approved by the Board. Therefore, we have to have plans drawn up for the back porch addition and color chips for the colors we want to use to re-paint. The exterior will most likely be the last thing we tackle.

Extras

*rat skeleton found in bathroom ceiling (along with a baby snake skeleton), newspaper used as insulation in the bathroom, crate wood from nearby mill used as walls in both the kitchen and bath.
