The Crash Boom Bang film\/performances this weekend were great! The live action and the orchestra really made for a show. I heard a lot of great comments about the little bus ride the audience got at the end. In the midst of the performances, Andy and I ‘moved in’ to our house. Our electricity was completed (YAY…20th Century once again!) and now we are able to move furniture in and start the fun times of unpacking. However, we have to take a break tonight and tomorrow night. Tonight, The Lightbulbs have a show in Florence with the Pine Hill Haints. Tomorrow night there’s a Thomas Function<\/a>, Rise Up Howling Werewolf<\/a>, and The King Kahn and BBQ Show<\/a> show…and if you dress up in a costume, it’s $2 off admission. It’ll be awesome.<\/p>\n

Pardon our mess throughout these pictures. We still have finishing touches left in all of the rooms, but I was so excited to see our house furnished that I didn’t bother that they aren’t ‘picture perfect.’ Also, I still haven’t been able to locate the box with all of my curtains. I’m starting to get aggrivated because I’m tired of the sheets hanging in the windows!<\/p>\n

This is a closet that is nestled under the stairs. It’s no more than 5′ tall, so I’m thinking I’m going to make it into a mini-walk-in closet. There is access to it from the bedroom and the foyer. There are no<\/i> closets whatsoever in this house, and my wardrobes can’t fit anymore. Slap a new coat of paint on, hang a rod, and hopefully my problem can be solved.<\/p>\n

\nchange out a few of the rosettes
\nadd transom window to area above bathroom door
\nscrape off paint on front door
\nadd new glass in front door
\nnew flooring for foyer
\naddress fireplaces
\nclean windows
\nget screens for windows
\nclean sink
\nget dishwasher
\nget bathtub & sink for bathroom
\nget washer\/dryer
\ninstall toilet, sink, tub, and w\/d
\nsand paint off trunk (to use as bedding storage)

AND THEN start getting together quotes for upstairs and the attic work.<\/p>\n
