Towards the end of June, Andy and I got the wonderful pleasure of traveling to Memphis once again to capture a lovely wedding! This go-round, we didn’t stay as long, but got in lots of record shopping, antique store digging, and visiting the Stax Museum! It was SUCH a wonderful trip!! The night of the wedding, we went to grab some dinner and discovered one of the BEST restaurants I’ve ever tried (Areapa & Salsa<\/a>) and! I had a delectable dish of fried plantain (which served as the “bread”) for eggplant and beans (called the Veggie Queen Arepa). If you’re ever in the Memphis area, I definitely recommend this place! YUM!<\/p>\n
